Airstelle was launched by Elevè Concierge to bring the same standard we apply to ground hospitality into the air. After years of watching principals routed through opaque broker chains and call centres, we built the charter desk we had always wanted to hand our own clients to.
The result is a service shaped by three commitments. We operate directly with vetted aircraft operators rather than through resale layers. We brief every crew and coordinator personally. And we treat privacy as the starting point of every flight, not a feature to be added on request.
All principal information is stored with field-level encryption, shared strictly on a need-to-know basis, and subject to a formal retention and purge schedule. Pseudonymous booking profiles are standard practice. Legal names are never shared with external suppliers without explicit instruction.
Our aircraft operators are selected, audited and briefed by Airstelle personnel against safety, maintenance and crew-service standards we set ourselves. We do not resell through third-party marketplaces. When you charter through Airstelle, you are not a reference number passed along a broker chain.
Your coordinator holds the authority to confirm aircraft, approve catering changes and resolve schedule shifts. No junior screening, no escalation queues, no waiting for a supervisor. Every Airstelle coordinator has flight-operations or senior concierge experience before they join the desk.
