Airstelle was launched by Elevè Concierge to bring the same standard we apply to hospitality into every corner of a principal's life. After years of watching people routed through opaque intermediaries and call centres, we built the concierge desk we had always wanted to hand our own clients to.
The result is a service shaped by three commitments. We work directly with trusted partners rather than through anonymous resale layers. We brief every supplier and coordinator personally. And we treat privacy as the starting point of every arrangement, not a feature to be added on request.
All principal information is stored securely and shared strictly on a need-to-know basis. Discreet profiles are standard practice, and records are kept only as long as needed. Legal names are never shared with external partners without explicit instruction.
Our partners are carefully selected and briefed by Airstelle personnel for service and reliability. We do not resell through anonymous marketplaces. When you engage Airstelle, you are not a reference number passed along a chain of intermediaries.
Your coordinator holds the authority to confirm arrangements, approve changes and resolve last-minute shifts. No junior screening, no escalation queues, no waiting for a supervisor. Every Airstelle coordinator has senior concierge or private-service experience before they join the desk.
