Charter apps are transactional — you enter a route, they return a price from whichever operator bids first. Airstelle operates as an embedded charter desk inside Elevè Concierge. Every client has a named coordinator. Every flight is quoted, briefed and dispatched personally. Operators are vetted directly by us, not pulled from an open marketplace.

Private individuals, family offices, corporate leadership teams, and organisations arranging travel on behalf of senior principals. We are selective about who we accept — not by wealth or title, but by the match between our service standard and what the mission actually requires.

Ad-hoc charters are quoted against the specific mission with transparent pass-through of operator costs and a clearly stated management fee. Jet card and retainer programmes carry fixed hourly rates with defined availability commitments. We do not mark up fuel, handling or catering.

Our operations desk is staffed 24/7/365 by senior coordinators, not a call-forwarding service. Every active client has a named primary contact reachable at any hour. We hold pre-negotiated access to operator fleets that lets us position aircraft in hours, not days.

Every operator is audited against safety, maintenance and crew-service standards we set ourselves, in addition to recognised third-party audits (ARGUS, Wyvern, IS-BAO where applicable). Aircraft are checked for category, age, maintenance status and cabin configuration before they appear on a quote.

All client information is stored with field-level encryption, shared on a strict need-to-know basis, and purged on a formal retention schedule. Every Elevè Concierge staff member signs an NDA with financial penalty clauses. Manifests are kept compartmentalised; legal names are never shared with external operators beyond what regulation requires.

Airstelle dispatches worldwide. Europe, North America, the Middle East and East Asia are our highest-activity regions. For less-established markets we work with regional operators we have flown with personally and arrange advance ground coordination ahead of arrival.
